K-1 Information
Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (EPD) expects to complete the mailing of the K-1s for tax year 2011 to unitholders of Enterprise Products Partners L.P. by Wednesday, March 28, 2012, and to former unitholders of Duncan Energy Partners L.P. (DEP)* by Wednesday, February 22, 2012. The 2011 K-1s are scheduled to be available via the internet by noon on Wednesday, March 21, 2012, for unitholders of EPD and by noon on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 for former unitholders of DEP.*

* On September 7, 2011, DEP was involved in a transaction structured as a merger with a subsidiary of EPD. Under the terms of the merger agreement, DEP unitholders are entitled to receive 1.01 EPD common units for each DEP unit owned at the effect time of the merger. All unitholders who held DEP units as of the effective time of the merger will receive a Schedule K-1 from DEP for the period January 1 – September 7, 2011, and from EPD for the period September 8 – December 31, 2011.
