Call Before You Dig

We need your help in preventing damage to our pipelines. One of the most common causes of pipeline damage is when a third party digs, blasts or drills near a pipeline. If you plan to dig or do any type of excavation or construction work, federal and state law requires you to call your local state One-Call Center. An Enterprise Products representative will locate and mark the underground pipeline at no cost to you.

Call before you:

The Plan Is Simple

  1. Call your State's One-Call Center at least two working days before excavation is scheduled to begin. Please note that some states may require 72 hours before excavation.
  2. Wait the required amount of time.
  3. One of our trained technicians will mark the location of the pipeline at no cost to you.
  4. Respect the line markers.
  5. Dig with Care.

A gouge, scrape, dent, crease or other damage to the pipeline or its coating may cause a leak or break. Should you discover or cause what seems to be even minor damage to an Enterprise Products pipeline, immediately notify us at:
